About the Journal

Multidisciplinary Collaborative Journal (ISSN 3073-1356) is part of Editorial Científica Doso, based in Quito, Ecuador. The main objective of this journal is to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge through the publication of original research based on the use of rigorous and controlled methods. All publications are available in digital format, with free access and without cost, which guarantees its wide dissemination. The character of the journal is scientific and multidisciplinary, and each manuscript submitted for consideration goes through a strict evaluation process, in which an editorial committee and a team of external reviewers participate. This process is carried out under the double-blind peer review system, ensuring that the evaluation is completely anonymous for both parties. With a continuous periodicity (with quarterly numbers), the journal publishes relevant research in diverse areas of knowledge (multidisciplinary), fostering collaboration and scientific exchange at a global level.

Publication dates: Since the journal has a continuous periodicity with quarterly issues, four issues per year will be published, distributed as follows: the first issue in January, covering the months from January to March; the second in April, covering the period from April to June; the third in July, covering the period from July to September; and the fourth in October, corresponding to the period from October to December.

Types of papers: The journal accepts the submission of the following types of contributions: (a) Original Articles, (b) Review Articles, (c) Conference Papers, (d) Letters to the Editor, (e) State of the Art, and (f) Book Reviews. All submitted papers must be unpublished, which implies that they must not have been published in whole or in part in any other medium, either printed or digital, and cannot be under simultaneous consideration for other publications.
